Sealed Stories is a roguelike adventure puzzle game. It is a depressing atmospheric game with a heavy focus on the sad story.

The game was developed as the final project of my Game Development studies at the SRH Heidelberg. It was developed by a team of 14 people during a period of four month using the Unity game engine. The structure, planning and organization was left for us to manage on our own. The theme, genre and the focus on game design were the only requirements.
Although my focus is on game design, I had the role of the project manager in this project together with another member of the team to be able to better manage the tasks and the team. We assigned team leaders to the various departments, by taking their preferences an skills int account as far as possible.
We have put together the departments themselves from members who have skills in these areas or who wanted to improve in a certain area as long as our team structure allowed it.
I also got involved in game design but not as a lead. In order to prevent me from determining a direction and that due to my position as project manager this being implemented without a proper discussion with the other team or whether it would be beneficial for the project or not.
