At the beginning of the project, the team members were divided according to their knowledge. Subsequently, new workflows were defined, the core gameplay revised, a new PBS created and the work packages derived from it.
My first task was to create a core gameplay in a shell model after Kim Charmie.
From our PBS and the work packages, I have created the structure for the Detailed Design Document (DDD). As a template, I used the article "So funktioniert Designdokumentation" by Dirk Riegert from the "making games" of June 23, 2010.
Here is a small excerpt, on the example of the Kraken, how the DDD was built up.
Finally, I created the USPs for Dive.
